Support privacy
How your email and message are handled.
On this page
This notice covers the shared ylms.me support form and support emails. The developer responsible for handling requests is Yılmaz İpekçi, reachable at support@ylms.me.
What you send
The form asks for an app, topic, email address, and message. Your name and device or version details are optional. We use this information to investigate, respond to, and keep track of your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information.
How the form works
Requests are sent to our support mailbox through the web host’s mail service. The form does not publish your message or create an account. Hosting and email providers process requests and emails to provide their services. This form does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
An essential session cookie protects form submissions. The server uses a hashed version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; these rate-limit records contain no message content and stop being used after 15 minutes. Expired records are cleared on the next submission. The host may also keep ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, under its own logging settings.
Keeping and deleting messages
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on a reported issue, and meet applicable obligations. Messages may also remain in email-provider backups according to that provider’s retention rules. To ask about information you sent, or request correction or deletion, choose Privacy request in the form or email support@ylms.me. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
Children’s information
If a child has sent personal information through support, contact us so we can review it and delete it where appropriate.
Each game has its own policy
The support form’s handling of messages is separate from what happens inside a game. These policies cover each game’s own data handling:
For a question about another project’s data handling, select its name in the support form.
