Something went wrong in a match?
Tell us the court, game mode, device, and what happened just before the issue. Include the game version if you can.
An ad or reward needs attention?
Tell us which reward you were trying to claim, when it happened, and what the ad showed. Never include payment details or passwords.
Where are career saves stored?
Careers use three automatic save slots on your device. There is no account or cloud restore provided by the game. We cannot recover a career from our own server.
Prefer a calmer auction?
Enable Relaxed bidding in Settings. You can also adjust sound, larger text, and reduced motion there.
Need help with a puzzle?
Tell us the route or stop, what you tried, and what happened. For a display issue, include your device and app or browser version.
How do I win?
Build your castle to 100 or bring the rival castle down. You can play against the computer or take turns with a friend.
Need help with a saved duel?
Describe your device, browser or app version, and what happened before the duel changed. Unfinished duels are saved locally on your device.
How does steering work?
Your pal jumps automatically. Use the left and right arrows or A / D on a keyboard. On touch screens, hold the arrow controls or drag in the sky.
Tilt steering is not working?
Enable tilt in Settings while holding your phone comfortably, allow motion access when asked, and use Recenter. Browser motion access needs HTTPS and a supported device. Touch and keyboard controls remain available.
Where are high scores stored?
Scores and preferences are stored on your device, with no account or cloud sync. Clearing site data, changing browser, or removing app data can remove saves. We cannot restore them from a server.
